A LlTTLE ABOUT THE OWNERS - NEIL AND JANICE
Neil and I always wanted our own business. With our backgrounds in horticulture and my love of art, we comibined our interests and hung out our ‘shingle’ in Woy Woy. We invite you to take advantage of our skills, knowledge and experience to help you with any of your garden needs. Between us we have over 30 years experience.
Neil has a background in wholesale nurseries including the Forestry Commission. He also maintained plants for Indoor Plant Hire Companies. Neil has travelled Australia and is familiar with the various climates and styles of plant use in different regions. Talk to Neil if you have any garden issues – he is here to help you.
As for me, I studied at Ryde School of Horticulture finishing in 1988. I worked at the original Sherringhams Nursery, North Ryde. At the time it was the largest retail nursery in the southern hemisphere it is now the site of Eden Gardens.
From here I had my own garden maintenance business in Sydney. I worked for the same Indoor Plant Hire Company as Neil, only designing and quoting interior planting concepts for major Sydney building foyers, retail malls and offices suites.
